We were asked by a long standing charity customer to handle a matched mailing.
The customers objective was to keep in monthly contact with its core doners whilst mailing making new contact and turning them in to new doners and maximise ROI.
They would acheive there objective by using their doner database of regular contributors and purchasing warm lists of donors of similar types of charity.
4 pp A4 Letter, Response Device, Direct Debit Mandate , a BRE and Outer Envelope
To receive and process 3 files of data, laser personalise, Letter and response device with Name , address and 2 code references
We were then asked to match by hand the letter & Response Devices and enclose with DD Mandate and BRE into outer envelope, and release to RM.
This particular mailing is now replicated every month in varying quantities and is producing 12% ROI and is adding hundreds of new doners to the chaities database, extra items added from time to time such as newletters and special leaflets and message flyers.
