BMS was one of the first mailing and fulfilment houses to be accepted into the Royal Mail Mailing House Scheme.
Acceptance is based on achieving high standards in all areas and adhering to stringent parameters for Data Handling, Print and mailing quality, along with proven policies for environmental awareness and Health & Safety.
BMS has extended its range of postal services to take full advantage of discounts available for our clients.
We have passed all the accreditation process for Mailsort 120, Cleanmail, and we are now a Bronze member of the Royal Mail Mailing House Scheme.
Both products give our clients access to highly cost effective mail solutions.
UK Public Tariff
- First Class stamp prices will increase by 2p to 41p for Letters, by 5p to 66p for Large Letters and by 11p to £1.39 for Packets.
- Second Class stamp prices will increase by 2p to 32p for Letters, by 4p to 51p for Large Letters and by 9p to £1.17 for Packets.
- Prices for First Class Packets between 1kg and 2kg will increase by up to 1.1%
Prices above 2kg are not changing.
- Prices for Standard Parcels will remain static at 2009 prices.
- Account and franking customers will not be affected by the increase, with domestic First and Second Class account and franking prices remaining static at 2009 pric.es.
International Public Tariff
- Airmail Europe Letters up to 20g will increase by 4p to 60p for stamp customers and by 4p to 59p for account and franking customers.
Changes to other services
- Prices for Mailsort® vary dependant on the service and weight. For example: Mailsort 3 1400 direct letter prices reduce by 0.5%, MS 120 OCR and MS 700 prices remain static, while MS 120 CBC letter prices increase by 0.4%.
